Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance cooling effect for a supercharger of an engine and to prevent the latter from interfering with other apparatuses by attaching the supercharger to a lower casing for an engine and a transmission. CONSTITUTION:A supercharger S having an exhaust turbine for compressing intake air, is attached to a lower casing 2b of a transmission 2 integrally incorporated with an engine 1. The possibly high-temperature heat of the supercharger S is smoothly propagated due to the engine and transmission oil pooled in the lower casing 2b so that cooling effect for the supercharger S is improved. Further, the supercharger S is protected by the lower casing 2b, thereby the supercharger S may not interfere with obstacles in the front thereof.
