Since scanning steps 3-7 are in a section of continuity of the change of the density level and the scanning length 4 and levels are 3, 5, 6, and 7, they are encoded to ''1110'' of the bit by bit code and ''011, 101, 110, 111'' of the density level code. Since scanning steps 7-9 are constant in the density level 7, they are encoded to ''10'' of the mix code. Other sections are encoded similarly.
