Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of screen and to achieve stable operation, by correcting the phase of a horizontal synchronizing signal being a reference signal at a phase correction circuit and applying the synchronizing signal shifted for the phase to a phase detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:A reference signal (synchronizing signal) at an input terminal 2 of a horizontal deflection circuit is a waveform (b) via an integration circuit consisting of a resiter 12 and a capacitor 13, a transistor 14 is switched and a pulse (c) with broader width in which the center time is delayed by DELTAphi from the center of the reference signal (a) at the collector is obtained.
