Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate the deviation of a recording paper which occurs while feeding paper by accurately retaining a continuous slip before and after the printing position.
CONSTITUTION: In printing, operation a continuous slip 5 is retained before and after the printing position with a sprocket 6 provided coaxially on a platen 3. Beforehand, the position of the sprocket wheel 6 and a paper guide 7 are adjusted according to the continuous slip 7. The continuous slip 5 is inserted along the paper guide 7, the sprocket hole thereof is put on sprocket pins 63, and the tip thereof is retained with a sprocket pin 63 via the undersurface 33, the front 31 and the top thereof. When the printing operation is started under such a condition, the continuous slip 5 is shifted along the outer surface of the platen 3 and discharged onto the top of a printing device. A printing is performed at an intermediate position with a printing head provided horizontally at the central front of the platen 3.
