Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve machining accuracy and machining efficiency when machining the inner surface of the center hole of a rotating object or the like, by jetting abrasive towards the inner surface of the hole via a flow regulating device which moves in the hole.
CONSTITUTION: Inserting a machining head body 10 into a center hole 19 to be machined, abrasives are fed into a penetrating hole 11 by compressed air via a pressure withstanding hose 13. The abrasives are jetted from the holes 17 of a bush 16 and are deflected to the directions of arrow marks by a flow regulating device 18 and abrade the entire inner surface of the hole 19. In this state, the machining head body 10 is moved along the inner surface 19 via a guiding device 20. By so doing, the machining efficiency and the machining accuracy of inner surface of a hole can be improved.
