Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoide the thermal deformation of a trestle by providing thermal insulator between the gas circulating system for a light resonator forming a gas laser oscillator and the trestle and bellows for absorbing the thermal displacement at the connector of the gas circulating system. CONSTITUTION:The gas flow downstream tube 4 forming a laser oscillator is isolated thermally through four insulating posts 22 from the upper trestle 20 on a trestle 9, thereby preventing the thermal deformation of the trestle 20. Since gas upstream branch tube 3 passes low temperature gas and accordingly has almost no problem at temperature but high voltage is applied thereto, an electric insulating post 25 is arranged between the lower surface of the trestle 20 and the trestle 24. A low temperature heat exchanger 26 is arranged at the downstream side of the turbo blower 6 in addition to a heat exchanger 5, and bellows 27 are inserted into the gas circulating system from the heat exchanger 26 to the insulating cylinder 7. Bellows 28 for absorbing the thermal expansion and contraction of the optical system are provided at both ends of the gas downstream tube 4, and output mirror fixing frame 29 and a reflecting mirror fixing frame 32 are contacted therewith.
