Abstract

On layer 2 charge transferring layer 4 is formed contg. an about 20W 70wt% hydrazone compound as a charge transferring substance with superior performance of receiving a charge carrier generated in layer 2 and transferring it. The compound contained is represented by formula II (where R1 is methyl or benzyl and R2 is methyxyl).
