Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage at nondissolved portion of metal film reliably, by forming a film of cleaning liquid on a metal film formed on the inner face of a bulb when being dissolved in a dissolution liquid. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning liquid injection pipe 9 of double structure comprising of an inner pipe 10 and an outer pipe 11 while fixed with a nozzle 12 at the tip is inserted into a bulb 1. A cock 15 connected to the outside pipe 11 is opened to inject the cleaning liquid in spiral as shown on the arrow 16 through a slit 14 of the nozzle 12 to adhere the cleaning liquid on a metal film 2 thus to form a film of cleaning liquid, then the cleaning liquid is injected through a hole 13 of the nozzle 12 and impinged against the top inner face of the bulb 1 where the cleaning liquid flows down along the inner face of the bulb to clean out the dissolved liquid slightly adhered at the portion from the top to the large diameter section. Consequently the damage at nondissolved portion of metal film can be prevented reliably.
