Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Changeover switch circuit 4 is operated in such a manner that during period T1, only input signal R1 by limiter 3-1 among signals transmitted by ultrasonic vibrator, and during the next period T2, likewise only input signal R2 by limiter 3-2, and during the final period T3, only input signal R3 are conducted to an ultrasonic receiver 5 respectively by a signal 14 from a signal control circuit 12. A/D conversion circuit 6 samples, digitalizes and transmits to addition circuit 7 ultrasonic signal filtered and amplified by the receiver 5 at the signal 15 which is outputted from the circuit 12 with delay time preset based on the ultrasonic generation starting point signal as a starting point from the circuit 12 to transmission timing signal generator 11.
