Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent cracking and strain caused by internal stress from occurring by a method wherein the conductive material is used for a base, the nonconductive material is for a matrix material and electricity, heat, pressure are applied to the base.
CONSTITUTION: In molding of the carbon fiber composite material (CFRP) wherein the carbon fiber as a conductive material is used for a base and the nonconductive material is used for a matrix material, uncured CFRP4 is mounted on a mold 3 and then an electric terminal 5 is connected with both its ends. At this time, voltage is increased by a transformer 2, the CFRP4 is heated and molded checking its temperature. The carbon filter between each layer of the CFRP4, thereby, is heated uniformly. Cracking and strain, etc. can be prevented from occurring even in molding of a thick laminate.
