Abstract
PURPOSE: To cut the internal bead efficiently with nearly fixed pressing force even when the inside diameter of the pipe changes by enlarging the flexure amount of an elastic body for pressing a cutter against the internal bead for cutting.
CONSTITUTION: When an internal-bead cutting device is charged in the inside of the electroseamed pipe K manufactured continuously, a lower roller 17 is pushed upward, a lower-roller holder 16 rotates around a shaft 19 as an axis, and the tip part of the lower-roller holder 16 presses a cylinder rod 13, pressing also a rod 11 through the intermediary of the oil. The pressing force of the rod 11 presses a coil spring 8. The lower roller 17 being put under moderate pressure of the spring 8 is pressed on the lower surface of the pipe K, whereby the cutter is made capable of cutting the internal bead with moderate pressing force constantly.
