Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled galvanized steel plate that maintains plating adhesion of high quality by reducing and annealing a steel plate which contains acid-soluble Al, C and N, having been adjusted by Al through deoxidation at a prescribed ratio and then by allowing melted liquid zinc bath to strike and contact one its surface. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate that contains 0.02-0.08% acid-soluble Al having been adjusted by Al through deoxidation to prevent the preferential oxidation of Ti, <=0.01% C and <=0.004%N, a steel plate that contains 0.02-0.10% Ti in addition to the above-mentioned substances or a steel plate that contains <=0.04% acid- soluble Al and B equivalent to 0.8-2.5 times N is prepared. After this steel plate is reduced and annealed, zinc galvanizing bath is allowed to strike and contact one its surface to produce an even and dense Zn-Fe-Al ternary alloy layer in a short time. In this case, the contact reaction time should be 0.05-0.6 sec, and the velocity of flow of the zinc galvanizing bath >=0.1m per second. Thus, the sufficiently desired steel plate of superior workability and plating adhesion with galvanized one side can be obtained.
