Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure a low distortion factor with no negative feedback, by providing a vertical differential transistor which obtains the mutual adverse phase outputs through the collectors to the transistor differential amplifying circuit which consists of the monolithic semiconductor integrated circuit and can turn the input bias voltage into OV. CONSTITUTION:The collector is earthed, and the Darlington-connected pnp transistors (TR)Q20 and Q21 give a level shift to the input signal VIN applied to the base and then give an earth to the collector. At the same time, the darlington- connected pnp TRsQ22 and Q23 give a level shift to the bias voltage of OV. As a result, the signal VIN and the bias voltage are applied to the emitters of the vertical npn TRsQ24 and Q26 which form a differential amplifying transistor. Then the load resistances R27 and R28 are provided at the collectors of the TRsQ24 and Q25 to obtain the outputs of adverse phase to each other. In such way, a low distortion factor can be obtained with no negative feedback.
