Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to continue operation to the turbine in a stable manner even if some trouble is caused with a turbine controlling divice, by additionally providing a circuit capable of controlling the valve opening directly by a feed water controlling means in a speed controlling device for the boiler feed pump driving turbine.
CONSTITUTION: The boiler feed turbine controlling device 14 produces a valve- opening signal of the control valve 10 for the feed water turbine by means of a turbine controlling signal 21 from a feed water controlling means 18 and by a speed detector 9. During ordinary operation, a relay 28 is turned ON and the operation is controlled by an operating unit 16. In case that some trouble is caused with the operating unit 16, the relay 28 is turned OFF but a relay 30 is turned ON, so that the valve opening is controlled manually by a manual valve controlling means 25. Subsequently, the output of an auxiliary function generator 27 and that of means 25 become equal to each other through fine adjustment of feed water controlling means 18, automatic feed water operation can be carried out by means of a deviation comparator 31 and relays 32, 29. Thus, it is enabled to continue operation of the turbine even if some trouble is caused with the turbine controlling device.
