Abstract

PURPOSE: To simply manufacture the decorative panel of a spotted convex pattern by a procedure in which a base material is coated with a filler-containing solventless type synthetic resin paint, further with a synthetic resin paint comparatively incompatible with the said previously coated paint film while the said previously coated paint film is uncured, and then dried and cured.
CONSTITUTION: The surface of the undercoat paint film layer 2 formed on a plywood 1 is coated with the solventless type synthetic resin resin paint 3 to which is added the filler 4 so as to form a pattern. Then, while the paint film 3 is uncured, the synthetic resin paint 5 comparatively incompatible with the paint film 3 is coated over the paint film 3 by using an adequate coater, e.g., a roll coater, a spray coater, etc., and then dried to obtain a decorative laminated panel board whose surface is of a spotted convex pattern.
