Abstract
PURPOSE:To konw the generation of combustion vibration in advance and thus prevent troubles caused by the vibration by detecting the fluctuation of pressure in a fire furnace and measuring the entire fluctuation frequency strength. CONSTITUTION:The fluctuation of pressure within a fire furnace in a boiler device 1 is measured with a probe 2 for a pressure transducer and a value detected is inputted in a frequency analyzer 4 and an entire fluctuation strength measuring instrument 6, respectively. The selected frequency strength outputted from the frequency analyzer 4 and the entire fluctuation frequency strength outputted from the entire fluctuation strength measuring instrument 6 are inputted in a computing unit 7, in which the ratio of the entire fluctuation frequency strength to the selected frequency strength is found. The result of comparison between the standard value and the computed value is indicated on an indicating device 8 and, when the computed value exceeds the standard value, the indicating device 8 gives an alarm, while an alarm signal being inputted in a boiler controlling device 9.
