Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to use the coils of two phases by a system wherein the boundary lines of N pole regions and S pole regions alternately magnetized in the moving direction of a magnet are formed in the direction oblique to the moving direction. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 12 has N pole regions and S pole regions alternately magnetized in the moving direction of a moving body 11, and its magnetic poles are constituted in such a manner that the boundary lines of the N pole regions and the S pole regions are formed in the direction oblique to the moving direction, and the N pole regions and the S pole regions are complementally alternated each other with regard to the boundary lines. The coil groups 16a1, 16a2, 16b1, 16b2 of two phases are made up to an armature core 13, currents are successively flowed through the coils of two phases in response to the locations of the magnet 12, and continuous driving force in the fixed direction is generated. Thus, the treatment of the coils and a conduction change-over means can be simplified because currents are alternately conducted to the coils of two phases and the continuous driving force in the fixed direction is obtained.
