Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the yield rate of memory element module assembling, by providing the special purpose shift register such as redundant loop at the center of the chip.
CONSTITUTION: The bubble magnetic domain information record transfer minor loops 22 grouped into two are respectively and commonly tied to the major loops 21, 21'. Further, the redundant loop 23 is placed at the boundary of the two groups and at the center of the chip. Thus, the deficient rate of the redundant loop can be decreased by providing the loop at the chip center not subject to the shift of chip center and in-surface magnetic field coil, not at the chip circumference changed remarkably with in-surface magnetic field. Accordingly, the special purpose shift register such as redundant loop is placed at the chip center, allowing to increase the yield rate of memory element module assembly.
