Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain an activated carbon composition with improved filtering speed for purification by mixing a specific return pulp in an activated carbon with a specific particle size in a certain ratio.
CONSTITUTION: As the activated carbon composition used in decolorizing and purifying a liquid, to an activated carbon containing a particle passing a 44μ mesh screen in an amount of 30wt% or more, a return pulp with a beating degree of 20W70 is mixed in an amount of 1W100wt%. If a purification process is carried out by using said activated carbon composition, because a filtering speed can be improved, a filtering operation can be finished within a short time.
