Further, if the collision energy is great, so much influence is not applied to the valve body 2 and the valve rod 3 since the jet streams of steam do not collide directly against the valve rod 3. Therefore, when the control valve is opened rapidly at the time of disconnecting the load, vibration of the valve due to the steam flow can be prevented, and at the same time, minute natural vibration of the valve body possibly caused at the time of operating the valve can also be absorbed by a guide 13 and seal rings 11.
