Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the consumption of a power battery with a power switch left turned on and to avoid damage due to liquid leakage, by automatically controlling oscillation by providing a means of stopping the functions of an oscillating element a certain time after the start of the oscillation. CONSTITUTION:With switch 11 turned off, no signal is applied to the base circuit of transistor 7 for oscillation, so that an oscillating circuit is turned off. With switch 11 turned on, charge from power source 1 is accumulated in capacitor 15 for oscillation control via switch 11 and diode 13, and consequently transistor 7 turns on to start oscillation. The time when transistor 7 continues to oscillate is set depending upon the time constant of semifixed resistance 14 and capacitor 15, and a prescribed time after the start of the oscillation, the oscillation stops, so that the consumption of the power battery with the power switch left turned on can be prevented.
