Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When a liquid leakage is produced from the inner tank bottom plate 9, the leaked liquid is collected in a planer space via a fine clearance between the double bottom plates 8, 9, and a leakage of liquid may be prevented from a pan plate 8 by the seal parts of the double plates 8, 9, the leaked liquid is sensed at once by a gas sensor 17 via sensing end 19. The leaked liquid from the side plate 12 is flowed down along the side plate 12, collected in a liquid collecting groove 16 and sensed at once by a gas sensor 17 via a sensing of the leakage of liquid may be performed and a fast response may become possible.
