Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure enzyme immunity precisely, in measuring the hybrid type proteins A.B, by reacting the insoluble antibody wherein the antibody having a component A is bonded in a solid phase with the antibody having a component B wherein the protein A.B is bonded by antigen-antibody reaction and then labeling enzyme is bonded. CONSTITUTION:The amount of presence of the aggregate A.B of the immunologically different preteins A and B in the mixture of aggregates A.A, B.B, and A.B is measured. In this case, the antibody 2 having the component A is bonded to a solid-phase carrier 1. A specimen is added in the mixture, antigen-antibody reaction is carried out, and the bonded body of the insoluble antibody 2 and the protein A.B is formed. Then, the antibody having the component B is reacted with the labeled antibody 3 to which the labeling enzyme is bonded. By measuring the activity of the insoluble antibody 2 and the labeling enzyme of the labeled antibody 3 which is bonded with the aggregate A.B, very small amount of the hybrid type protein A.B in the mixture can be measured precisely. By this method, metabolic phenomena and diseases can be accuretely diagnosed.
