Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain the concn. and the pressure of a liquid as well as to prevent the clogging of a pore by a method wherein a spray gun having a liquid sucking port, a spraying nozzle and a liquid discharge port is formed and a liquid such as a coating material is always recirculated therethrough.
CONSTITUTION: The spray apparatus is formed from the first tank 42 for storing a liquid pumped up by a pump 55, the spray gun 45 having the sucking port 691 for sucking the liquid from the first tank 42, the spray nozzle 80 and the discharge port 692. The liquid which is obtained from the second tank 52 for storing an excessive fluid issued through the discharge port 692 and the liquid overflowed from the first tank 42 is recirculated when said spray gun is used and not used. Thereby, because the precipitation of a coating material such as an electron emitting material is eliminated and the concn. of the liquid becomes constant as well as the liquid pressure is constant due to the overflowing of a liquid amount in the tank, the precise coating can be carried out.
