Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent staying of liquid fuel in a gas chamber and generation of an abnormal flame by a method wherein the gas chamber is rotated in high speed together with a rotary vaporizing body.
CONSTITUTION: A ventilating cylinder 4, communicated with a ventilating chamber 6 and rotated integrally together with a rotary vaporizing body 3 is provided at a central portion of the rotary vaporizing body 3. Further, a fuel feeding and diffusing portion 17 is provided at a central end portion of the rotary vaporizing body 3 while flame nozzles 13, directed toward an internal portion of a combustion cylinder 1, are provided at a base end side of the rotary vaporizing body 3, and a gas chamber 12 rotated integrally together with the rotary vaporizing body 3 is formed thereby. Furthermore, an air mixing passageway 10 is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the rotary vaporizing body 3 and the ventilating cylinder 4 so as to pass from an outer side portion of the rotary vaporizing body to an inner side thereof communicating to the gas chamber 12 sequentially in a staggered configuration, and thereby an uniformly mixed mixture is produced. According to this constitution, liquid fuel produced upon transition between evaporation and combustion is atomized and burnt in the combustion cylinder 1 immediately without staying in the gas chamber 12 being rotated integrally together with the rotary vaporizing body 3, therefore, an abnormal flame will never be generated.
