Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a means used in hydrogen purification for high removal of impurity with a simple operation by using catalyst and a natural zeolite absorbent of high Si/Al ratio.
CONSTITUTION: Oxygen in fluid such as hydrogen gas is converted to other material, for example, to water by using a reaction such as combination with hydrogen. Thereafter, water in the fluid is removed by use of adsorbent using natural zeolite having Si/Al ratio 4 or more, and iron content about 10wt% or less based on the value converted to ferric oxide (Fe2O3).
