Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform the reappearance check operation of a moving object to releases the moving object to a normal state unless anomaly reappears, by dividing anomaly detection signals into reappearance check available and unavailable signals and storing them individually.
CONSTITUTION: In many moving wagon accelerators and decelerators 2 which are controlled concentratedly by central control unit 1, receiving units 3 receive commands from central control unit 1, and operation control units 4 control operations of a moving object. Anomaly detection unit 5 detects the abnormal operation of the moving object, and decision circuit 9 decides whether this anomaly can be checked for reappearance or not and stores respective detection signals in memories 10 and 11. Control circuit 4 stops the operation of the moving object on a basis of these signals, and transmission unit 7 transmits an anomaly signal to control unit 1. Control unit 1 issues a reappearance check operation command according to this signal. The moving object is operated again and is released to a normal state unless the anomaly signal is detected again.
