Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the said burner capable of preventing a gas producing tube from early burning loss, in addition, completely vaporizing fuel and keeping proper state of vaporization and combustion by providing multiple flame holes on the upper half surface of a hollow circular combustion part located at the lower part of the gas producing tube.
CONSTITUTION: Under a gas producing tube 1 whose one end is connected with an air duct 2 is equipped a hollow and circular combustion part 3 inside of which a gas chamber 5 is prepared, the other end of the above-mentioned gas producing tube 1 and the combustion part 3 are communicated with a communicating tube 4, multiple flame holes 6, 6... are made on the upper half surface of the above said combustion part 3 and near the gas producing tube 1 in the air duct 2 is set an oil ejecting hole 9 at the front end of an oil supplying pipe. Thus, since the flame holes 6, 6...of the combustion part 3 are not let to gather under the gas producing tube 1 but arranged near it separately and the gas producing tube 1 is mainly heated by the radiant heat due to burning flame of the combustion part 3, the gas producing tube 1 is not overheated in red hotness and can be heated at the suitable temperature at which fuel is vaporized.
