Abstract
PURPOSE: To keep temperature of oil supplied to turbine bearings at an optimal level, by means of feed-forward control of the opening of a temperature control valve by use of signals of the revolutional number of turbine, oil temperature at the inlet of oil cooler, temperature difference of cooling water at the inlet and outlet of the oil cooler and pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of the temperature control valve.
CONSTITUTION: In an oil supplying system for feeding lubricating oil to bearings of steam turbine, there are provided an oscillator 5 for producing a signal indicating oil temperature at the inlet of oil cooler 42, an oscillator 4 for producing a signal indicating temperature difference of cooling water at the inlet and outlet of oil cooler 42, and an oscillator 6 for producing a signal indicating pressure difference at the inlet and outlet of temperature controlling valve 48. Further, in a controlling system for the oil temperature, there are provided an oil-flow calculator 21 and an oil temperature setting means 22 connected to an oscillator 2 for producing a signal indicating the revolutional number of turbine, a calculator 24 for calculating the temperature difference of feeding oil, which is connected to said oil temperature setting means 22 and oscillator 5, an calculator 25 for calculating the amount of cooling water from deviation of oil temperature, temperature difference of cooling water and amount of supply oil, and an calculator 26 for calculating a required Cv value from the signal indicating the amount of cooling water and the differential-pressure signal from said oscillator 6.
