Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a cooking device which is utilizable as a stove and an oven, by detachably mounting an over structure on a stove having a burner, and providing the with a temperature sensor and a combustion control means.
CONSTITUTION: A stove 1 has a burner 4. When a pot is placed on a grill 2, a temperature sensor 4 comes into contact with the lower surface of the pot. The stove 1 also has a means serving as both a fuel cock and a igniter, a temperature setting knob 6 and a cooking time setting timer 7, and permits controlling the degree of combustion by a control circuit (not shown). When this range 1 is used as an oven, an oven structure 9 is fixedly mounted thereon utilizing slits 8 provided in the range 1. The over structure 9 has an isolation plate 12 which comes into contact with the sensor 4 when the structure 9 is set on the range 1. The isolation plate 12 is provided with inlet ports 13 through which hot air flows into the oven structure 9. The oven structure 9 is further provided therein with a wire net 11 on which cooked goods are placed.
