PURPOSE: To decrease a contact pressure to the cable, by constructing a fluidic layer between endless belt and fluid discharger, and making the cable contacted in line or plane to the peripheral face of the endless belt through the fluidic layer.
CONSTITUTION: A cable 4 is put through between a guide rollers 23, 24, and led to an endless belt 17. Subsequently with a high pressure fluid P fed into a fluidic discharger 19, the high pressure fluid P is discharged from a fine hole 21 toward inner circumferential face of the endless blet 17, pushing it partially upward, and flowing out to outside air while constructing a fluidic layer 26 between the curved face 20 of the discharger 19 and the inner circumferential face of the endless belt 17. In such way, the fluidic layer 26, coming to enlarge a radius of curvature of its contacting portion of the endless belt 17, can widely decrease the contact pressure.
