Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Generator 1 is hung from a car body 2 through a hanging fitting 4, and driven from an axle by means of a belt 7. A location of the generator is adjusted by changing the gradient of the hanging fitting 4 through a support bar 9 by rotating a handle 11. In this case, a weight 16 is installed at the outside of a stator at the driving axle side from a line connecting the center of a hanging shaft 5 and the center of the generator 1 through a leg 15. Thus, the belt 7 is continually pulled to the generator side because torque works to the generator 1 centering around the hanging shaft 5 by the self weight and the weight 16, and the belt can be provided with adequate tension at all times.
