Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable prevention of liquid leakage from a metering chamber in a body to the exterior by sealing the metering chamber with a seal member which a movable member does not rub against.
CONSTITUTION: Pushing operation of a valve body push rod 75 of a low-pressure drive unit 72 creates a liquid pressure difference between both faces of a metering piston 52, to push out the piston 52 against the rod 75 on the low-pressure side, discharging a fixed amount of a metered feed liquid. Between the recess on the tip end outside periphery of a body 42 and the inner end portion of a base 43 is inserted an O-ring 45 as a seal member which is not rubber by a movable member. The O-ring 45 effectively prevents the leakage of the liquid from a metering chamber 41 to the exterior through the body 42.
