Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide an air warmer, which is designed to be capable of controlling the combustion rate and air supply rate in combination by way of simple manipulation, whereby it is enabled to supply warm air kept substantially at a constant temperature.
CONSTITUTION: An air warmer of this invention comprises a combustion unit 9 consisting of a combusting section, combustion air supplying fan 11 and heat exchanger 12. Air warmed by the heat exchanger 12 is blown out from air outlet port 2 by the operation of convection fan 13. In the above arrangement, the combustion fan 11 is arranged to be capable of changing its air supply rate by turning a rotatable plate 29 through manipulation of knob 43, thereby turning a damper 21 by means of shaft 28 and lever 25, and changing the opening area of air supply opening. Further, arrangement is such that, when three switches 30W32 fixed to fan cover 27 are turned selectively on and off through manipulation of respective knobs 36W38, convection fan 13 is driven at either of "strong", "medium" or "weak" position cooperative relationship with the position of said knob 43.
