Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable malodor to be perfectly deodorized by spraying deodorizing chemical solution in mist form in the deodorizing chamber by the brushes revolving at high speeds.
CONSTITUTION: Deodorizing chemical solution is poured onto rotary brushes 8 from a pouring pipe 9 and is evenly dispersed in a deodorizing chamber 3 by the centrifugal force of the rotary brushes. On the other hand, malodorous gas is admitted from inlet pipe 4 into the deodorizing chamber 3, where it contacts the evenly dispersed deodorizing chemical to be removed of malodorous components, after which it is released to the outside through lead-out pipe 5. Then, as compared to the case of diffusing the deodorizing solution in the deodorizing chamber by using nozzles, the chemical soltuion may be diffused more evenly, the need for high pressure pumps required for supplying the chemical solution to the nozzles eliminated and the malodor removed efficiently perfectly.
