Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a cooling effect favorable to human body by controlling the revolution rate of an outdoor blower by the difference between the room air temperature and the blow-off temperature so as to vary the load on a cooling cycle and thereby to adjust the cooling power.
CONSTITUTION: Temperature sensors 21 and 22 consisting of thermistors or the like detect the suction temperature (room temperature) and the blow-off temperature which is the temperature of the air that has passed through an indoor heat exchanger. When the difference between the suction temperature and the blow-off temperature has surpassed a predetermined value, the output of a comparator 25 becomes HI and a transistor 32 turns ON; accordingly, power is fed to a relay coil 33 to change over the relay contact. As a result, an outdoor blower 1 rotates at low speed. Thus, the pressure of the cooling cycle is increased, the cooling power is reduced, and the cooling degree of the interior of the room (vehicle) is moderated.
