Abstract
PURPOSE: To read out the signal of the position command and the position detector for a predetermined sampling cycle, operating processing them, drive the driving device by the output thereof, thereby to make a tacho-generator causing the substantial failure unnecessary.
CONSTITUTION: The position command input portion 22 counts the moving command pulse to four shafts by the command counters 30aW30d every shaft and inputs to the operating device 20 as input. In the position detecting portion, the rectangular wave generated in the clock generator 32 is frequency divided to excite resolver phase shifter 35a which is a servo system position detector. The phase shifter 35a detects the rotating position of the shaft by this input to take out the signal as output. The difference signal of this detecting position is converted into the number of pulse and put into the device 20 from the phase counter 41. Further, from the detecting portion 23, the shaft select signal MPX, and the interrupt signal IT informing the operating timing are inputted to the device 20 as input. The device 20 judges the position input shaft every timing of the signal IT, carried out the operation of the position loop and speed loop from the position input value of the corresponding shaft, the results are put out to the driving output portion 24 as output and the servo motor 47a is driven.
