Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a plastic resin insulation material having excellent insulating and fire-retarding properties, by filling inorganic porous particles into spaces formed between a uninflammable plate member and a net-like object and by forming a sheathing layer on the work in such a manner that discharges foaming plastic resin and foams them.
CONSTITUTION: Inorganic porous particles 2 are dispersed over one side surface 1a of a uninflammable plate member 1 in such a manner that discharges the particles minutely. A net-like object 5 having meshes through which no inorganic particle 2 passes is stretchedly located on the inorganic porous particles 2. Next, unfoamed plastic rasin raw material mixed with inorganic material 4 is discharged uniformly over the net-like object 5. The aforesaid process may be replaced by such a manner that disperses the inorganic object 4 over a discharging area of the raw material and mixes them due to the foaming pressure and the flowing produced at a foaming time. Next, foaming of plastic raw material results in forming a foamed resin layer on which the inorganic object 4 is distributed at the portion of the net-like object 5 and in a higher density than that of other foamed layer part, and which is combined at a time when the inorganic porous particles 2 are foamed and contains the organic susbstance 4 on the net-like object 5.
