Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a plastic resin insulation material having excellent insulating and fire-retarding properties, by filling inorganic porous particles and heated foaming inorganic substances between a uninflammable plate member and a net-like substance, and by forming a sheathing layer on the aforesaid work in such a manner that discharges foaming resin and foams them.
CONSTITUTION: Inorganic particles 6 are dispersed over a uninflammable plate member 1 to form a minute inorganic porous particle layer. Next, 1 or more types, such as inorganic powders 7a and 7b and the like, which are foamed by heating, is dispersed to fill spaces formed between particles, and thus, an inorganic fireproof layer 5 is formed on one side 1a of the uninflammable plate member 1. Then a net- like substance having meshes through which no inorganic porous particle 6 passes is stretchedly laminated on the aforesaid fireproof layer 5, and unfoamed plastic material 3a is discharged uniformly over the part laminated in such a manner as described above. A part of the plastic resin material 3 penetrate into the fireproof layer 5 when it is foamed, and act as binder 3a. A resin material existing over the net-like substance 4 forms the plastic resin foaming layer 3.
