Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable an effective warming and heating, by cooling air, which is exhausted from and is in a warming and humidifying condition, by the use of a thermal medium being in a low temperature and low pressure gas, by efficiently collecting thermal energy of the exhaust gas and by utilizing a warming of suction air.
CONSTITUTION: A thermal medium heat-exchanges with and cools exhaust air from a chamber 3 in a thermal medium circuit 12 while it is passing through the inside of a condenser 9, and after the thermal medium itself being warmed to become in a high temperature low pressure gas is pressured by a comperssor 13, the thermal medium in a high temperature high pressure gas is fed to a warmer. While the thermal medium is passing through the inside of the warmer 5, it is heat-exchanged with air taken in from an air suction port 2, and warms air. Meanwhile, it itself is cooled to be liquefied. Then the thermal medium in a low temperature high pressure condition is expanded and gasified by means of an expansion valve 14, and the thermal medium in a low temperature low pressure gas passes through the inside of the condenser 9 again. The medium is fed for heat-exchanging with exhaust gas from the chamber 3, and steam contained in exhaust gas is drained for the duration of the heat exchange. After it is steamarized by an evaporator 15, it is mixed with suction air, and warmed and humidified air is fed to the chamber 3.
