It becomes a liquid refrigerant. At this time, thermal energy for liquefying the refrigerant is applied to the cooling \, and the cooling water Vi is discharged to the outside while the temperature remains elevated.

This liquefied refrigerant exchanges heat with the indoor air sent by the blower 3 by the evaporator 4, and the indoor air 9! The air is cooled and blown into the room. The refrigerant becomes a low-pressure gas refrigerant and is sucked into the compressor 1 again.

As shown in Figure 3, the inside of the sealed water tank has an inlet valve 12 for tap water at the bottom and an outlet valve 13 at the top, and a fin-shaped heat exchanger 11 inside to facilitate heat exchange between the refrigerant and tap water. Built-in. The water level of the water tank is constantly adjusted by the water level adjustment switch 14. The refrigerant enters from the upper part, exchanges heat with the tap water, becomes a liquefied refrigerant, enters the expansion valve 5, and becomes a low-filling liquid refrigerant. It exchanges heat with the air sent by the blower 3 in the evaporator 4, and then enters the compressor 1 again. On the other hand, the tap water heated to high temperature by the refrigerant is supplied to the outlet valve 1 for hot water supply.
3. O is sent to each room [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, according to the present invention, the waste heat released when liquefying the refrigerant is always stored in the tap water, and the tap water is used for hot water supply. By using this, energy can be used effectively.
