Abstract
PURPOSE:To form the film of any metal firmly and easily by forming a metallic thin film on a base material surface via a viscous adhesive coating by a metal spray method, and forming a metallic film of desired thickness by the metal spray method after the adhesive coating solidified. CONSTITUTION:On the cleaned surface of a material to be metallized, such as a ceramic surface adhesives such as epoxy resin, etc., are applied, and when the setting of this adhesive coating proceeded appropriately still remaining viscosity, the dendritic particles of high melting point metal (Example; Bronze) are scattered thinly. And after this coating hardened completely, the coating film of any metal (Example; Gold Lacquer Powder) is formed to desired thickness on said coating film by the metal spray method. By so doint, to the metallic particles formed of the adhesives, the base material and the dendritic metal particles forming one coating, the particles with the same plastic deformability as the former particles are combined firmly by the high impact pressure and fitting with each other, and thus the four elements form a united coating film.
