Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the output current (source) capacity along with the sink source and thus increase the dynamic characteristics, by using the differential amplifiers in two steps with the output step used as a push-pull amplifier to increase the output current capacity as well as to double the level shift function. CONSTITUTION:N-type MOSFET204, 205 of the same polarity are connected in series to constant current source transistor (TR)203, thus forming differential input transistor pair of 204 and 205. In addition, load transistor pair 206 and 207 are formed by P-type MOSFET206, 207 in series to pair 204 and 205. Thus the 1st differential amplification step is formed. On the other hand, differential input transistor pair 304 and 305 formed with P-type MOSFET304, 305 are connected in series to constant current source TR303. Furthermore, load transistor pair 306 and 307 formed with N-type MOSFET306, 307 are connected to pair 304 and 305. Thus the 2nd differential amplification step is formed. The output of the 1st amplidication step is supplied to output TR209 received the push-pull connection; and the output of the 2nd amplification step is applied to output TR308. As a result, the capacity can be increased for the current delivered through output terminal V0.
