Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve gain and make gain wide-band, by using the same type transistors as a driving transistor and a transistor for load connected in series and by providing a prescribed bias power source circuit for the transistor for load. CONSTITUTION:Driving transistor TRM1 and transistor TRM2 for load connected in series are the same type, for example, N-type transistors. Power source circuit H for bias to hold the voltage across the gate and the source of TRM2 constant is connected between the gate and the source of TRM2 for load. By this constitution, since TRM2 operates while showing a constant-current characteristic, the resistance value of TRM2 operating as a resistance becomes large, and gain is increased. Further, since TRM1, TRM2 are the same type transistors, the floating capacity can be very small on structure. Consequently, a large voltage amplification degree can be obtained throughout a wide frequency band.
