Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the propagation of an elastic wave surge, to remove unneeded vibrations, and to improve resuring attenuation cut-off characteristics of a stopping band, by forming a comb-shaped conductive film with several branches at the middle part of a filter element. CONSTITUTION:On piezoelectric substrate 31, double mode filters 32 and 33 and electrode 34 as a coupling capacity are formed and comb-shaped conductive film 35 is provided at its center. The reflection of a propagation wave surge reaching from the input side direct to the output side, caused by a difference in impedance between the exposed part of the piezoelectric substrate and the part where the conductive film is formed and the potential of the conductive film part are even over the entire surface, so that the propagation of the surface can electrically be stopped.
