Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain noodles having two or more colors, by making two or more kinds of thin sheet of dough having different colors each other, stracking the sheets together, rolling out to a thin sheet, and cutting to desired width. CONSTITUTION:Two or more kinds of thin dough sheets each having different colors are prepared by adding additives having proper colors to wheat flour, and kneading and rolling out to get a proper firmness. The dough sheets are stacked together, rolled out to a sheet, and cut to a proper width to obtain noodles having two or more colors.
