Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the error generation frequency to improve reliability of a unit, by setting rapidly the temperature of a part, where errors are easy to generate due to lowering of the ambient temperature, to a proper state. CONSTITUTION:Just after electric power supply, the contact of temperature detector 6 is closed because disc driving part 5 does not reach a proper temperature and is in the low-temperature state. Consequently, voltage VB is given from low-voltage power source VE through resistances R1 and R2 and detector 6, and fan 3 is driven. Meanwhile, transistor Tr12 is turned off because the voltage between the base and the emitter is low, and fan 4 is not driven because of no voltage supply. Heat generated in power source part 1 due to driving of fan 3 is sent in the arrow B direction to warm the inside of driving part 5; and when it reaches a prescribed temperature, the contact of detector 6 is opened to stop fan 3. Tr12 is turned on because the voltage between the base and the emitter rises, and fan 4 is driven by voltage VA to emit heat of the power source part to the outside of the unit directly, so that driving part 5 can be held at a proper temperature.
