Abstract
PURPOSE: To carry out air-cooling at waterless operation by operating an opening of a heat collector body on pressure of heat medium from a relief valve.
CONSTITUTION: A branch pipe 5 is connected to a heat medium steam delivery pipe 4 from a heater 1 of a fin tube 3 in a heat collector 2 and further connected to a relief valve 6. A heat medium steam is fed into a chamber 11 of a pressure- displacing unit 9 through pipes 7, 8 when the heat medium steam pressure works at a set point or over, a diaphragm 12 is depressed to drop a shaft 14, a cover 18 is dropped by a layer 14 against a spring 16, and an opening 19 of the heat collector 2 is opened to air-cooling. When the heat medium steam pressure drops, the heat medium is refluent to the pipe 4 from pipes 8, 20 and a check valve 21 to decompress the chamber 11 inside, and the cover 18 is closed.
