Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the capacity reduction rate of waste plastics by preliminarily compressing the waste plastics in cool state, and thereafter sending the same to a heating, melting and solidifying device while maintaining the same in the capacity reduced stable to melt the surface part of the compressed plastics. CONSTITUTION:The device comprises a hydraulic molding press A, provided with a hopper 1, and a device B for heating, melting and solidifying waste plastics press molded. Wast plastics and the like charged in the hopper 1 are supplied in the first stage compression region 7, and a cylinder 3 is driven, the waste plastics being preliminarily compressed by the first compression plate 5. Simultaneously, push-in bodies 9 and 9 are driven and preliminarily compressed. Further, the second compression plate 6 is pushed in waste plastics are subjected to the second stage compression between heat compression plates 14, and compressed substantially in a cube. Then, the waste plastics are sent to a device B, and assume a state where a molten film is applied thereon by a heater 11a.
