Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the capacity reduction rate of waste plastics by preliminarily compressing the waste plastics in cool state, and thereafter sending the same to a heating, melting and solidifying device while maintaining the same in the capacity reduced stable to melt the surface part of the compressed plastics. CONSTITUTION:The device comprises a hydraulic molding press A, provided with a hopper 1, and a device B for heating, melting and solidifying waste plastics press molded. Wast plastics and the like charged in the hopper 1 are supplied in the first stage compression region 7, and a cylinder 3 is driven, the waste plastics being preliminarily compressed by the first compression plate 5.
