Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the damage of a stator for a motor when inserting a coil into the stator and to enhance the coil space factor of the stator by winding an insulated wire and elongating it in suitable elongation rate, and then integrating the coil in open slot shape to insert it into the open slot of the stator. CONSTITUTION:An insulated wire 8 is wound to form a coil, and the coil is elongated in an elongation rate corresponding to the shape of the slot 11 toward a coil end direction. The predetermined side of the coil is integrally formed with resin in the shape of the open slot 11 formed at an iron core 10, and the coil is then inserted into the open slot 11 and secured with a wedge 13. In this manner, the damage of the coil side is eliminated when inserting the coil 9. In addition, since the coil is suitably elongated, it can improve the space factor.
